Are you looking for hosting? Look no further. You've probably tried many hosting websites and you've come up empty handed or you're just not satisfied. We'd love to host your site, whether you are building it for the first time or you've had the site for awhile and you're just looking for something new. Please read all of the following very carefully and memorize it so that you can recite it just in case you ever have to. ANYWAYS! We'll host any site but there are a few exceptions:
- Your site must not have any nudity, profanity, and must not be an anti site
- You must not host any illegal files (such as mp3s, warez, cracks, full movies, etc). I will check your files periodically to make sure.
- No crappy layouts. If you suck at making them like I do, you can buy one from somewhere for a reasonable price. But if you're good, then just don't buy from anywhere else.
....AND that's it. Here is what I'm looking for in your site when I look it over:
- Nice layout
- Nice amount of content (no copy and pasting from imdb, wikipedia - well, you can - I suppose you can't know all of Jessica Alba's movies by heart - but not too excessively)
- Frequent updates
From personal sites, all I ask is that you have a purty layout. :D And keep your blog (if you have one, that is) updated.
Subdomains: What you get if you're hosted here:
- as much space as you need for your site to nurture and grow
- I'm always online checking this server, so lots of server uptime!
- Help w/ your site like getting it out there and finding visitors (like finding pictures and stuff, but you could probably do better than me lol)
- Nice linkage here on flirtatious.org to boost your search engine placing w00t w00t
- All the MySQL databases you've ever dreamt of (or I can install your coppermine for you, just let me know)

Domains: What you get if you're hosted here:
- Same as above
- Your very own latest edition of cPanel so you can make as many email addresses as you want, FANTASTICO (!!!), Aw stats so you can get realtime information about your site's latest visitors
- You @ yourdomain email
Surely there must be a catch, correct? It's a tiny one - just a 468 x 60 ad that must be at the top / near the top of your page. There will be no popups, interstitials (I'm not sure about this - I may change my mind later. But as of now, there are none), or annoying floating banners. (You may see them on some of the sites - those are on mine - but yours won't have any). The ad will consist of graphic ads from various sponsors and amazon.com and a few text ads.
Rules when you are accepted:
- You must know how to use FTP. I won't teach you. I can't teach. :(
- You may have videos - as long as they are WMV files ONLY (or RM is fine) and they are ZIPPED.
- Audio files are typically a no-no unless they're zipped.
- Please do not upload videos over 20 MB (for example, the one Jessica Alba interview you want to upload cannot be 20 MB)
- If you use Coppermine Gallery, always be sure to upgrade it whenever a new edition comes out.
- You have 3 weeks to get your site up and running and you must contact me when your site is up so that I may add you to the hostees list and everyone can see your awesome work.
- You must put on your main page that you are hosted by Flirtatious.org (not dropaheart, that is just the other domain)
- You must put the ad on every page of your site, including the gallery. If you have any other hostees on your domains (subdomains - you're not allowed to host anyone else - just refer them to flirtatious.org), they must have the adcode on all their pages including the gallery.
- If you move to another host (:(), please inform me. We will keep up your MOVED page for 2 weeks and then delete your files.
At the moment, we don't buy domains for our hostees (unless you get 1000 visitors UNIQUE a day - then I'll give you long stemmed roses and a box of Sees chocolates for all your hard work) but you're welcome to choose to be hosted on two domains: Flirtatious.org and DropAHeart.org. If you read the about page, then you know what the dropaheart is all about. We have our own nameservers (yes, sweet!) for you lovelies that own your very own domains. If you need a domain and you have some cash sitting around in your PayPal account, you can buy one for cheap from godaddy.com.
