A lawyer for Disney Channel actress/singer Brenda Song told a judge Monday that process servers have so far been unable to serve a lawsuit on a woman who allegedly used the 20-year-old entertainer's photo in an adult-oriented ad in the L.A. Weekly.

Song, who co-stars in "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," originally filed her complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court. Her lawyers filed a revised complaint on May 30, removing Vibe Media Inc. and its owner, Ali Askari, as the original defendants and adding the name of a woman named Vanessa Sena.

But so far, process servers have been unable to serve the revised complaint on Sena, so Song's lawyers may now have to resort to the alternative method of putting a notice in a newspaper, according to one of Song's lawyers, Nancy Lee. {read more}

Disney Channel will premiere the new comedy series "The Suite Life on Deck," a spin-off of the hit Emmy-nominated "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 (8:00 p.m., ET/PT). Starring fan favorites Dylan and Cole Sprouse, Brenda Song and Phill Lewis, the series introduces 15-year-old actress Debby Ryan. She will also be featured in a series of video blogs debuting Friday, August 29 (7:55 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

The new series finds Zack and Cody aboard the SS Tipton, a luxury passenger cruise liner owned by London's father. The ship cruises the world with tourists and students who attend classes at Seven Seas High, the one high school that London's dad thinks will make his daughter a better student. While out at sea, Zack and Cody still have their compass pointed towards mischief, and London learns to live a "fabu-less" lifestyle, including sharing a small room with Bailey, a country girl from Kansas.

Reprising their roles from the hugely popular sitcom "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody" are Dylan and Cole Sprouse as Zack and Cody Martin, Brenda Song as London Tipton and Phill Lewis as Mr. Moseby. {read more}
