Flirtatious.org is a hosting network that hosts fan sites. I run numerous amounts of fan sites (if I told you, you'd think me to be crazy!) and host them on this server. But I have owned a server for about 3 years now and I think I know a lot about doing this :)
In Summer 2007, I bought a new domain (dropaheart.org) to change things up a little, so you now have a choice if you want a subdomain - flirtatious.org or dropaheart.org. Drop a heart is actually a lyric from a Fall Out Boy song - "Sugar We're Going Down".
In October 2007, I decided to revamp the entire network, throwing out dead sites, clearing up space on the server, and making everything shiny and new. If you've been hosted with us before, do try us again. It's like we're a completely different site now :D
Why Flirtatious.org?
My friend had always thought Flirtatious was spelt flirtacious and we argued about it (we were like 14) and I looked it up to prove it to her but she still didn't believe me. Needless to say, that word and its spelling was burned into my brain so I looked it up on GoDaddy.com and found it to be available. I think it's a daring name for a hosting network, especially since I could have had something really generic, right? lol, plus I couldn't think of anything else :(
